My wish list…
I’m calling mine a “wish list” and not a Christmas list simply because if I get any of these things at any time, I will gladly accept them. Let me fill you in on a secret first. I have not received a Christmas present other than the ones my children make me since 2000. And I couldn’t be happier about it. It’s not about the presents to me. Saying that, I still have my own wish list, and I am just as greedy about it as the next person. Of course, half my wishes are unrealistic, but isn’t that the whole point? And no, they aren’t in any particular order.
1. Whether its me moving, or him moving, I just wish it would happen soon, I really miss my guy.
2.A raise that fits the amount of work I do a day(usually the work of three other workers, and that’s in half the time)
3. A car that I dont have to repair every month.
4.The perfect ranch home for my family, with enough acres for my guy to train the horses he loves.
5. A brand new computer, one I don’t have to add patches to so the programs work.
6. For certain family members to get their shit together
7.For children who keep their rooms perfectly spotless when they are done playing.
8. A coffee pot that doesn’t take 10 minutes to brew 8 cups
9. A dentist who can do all the dental work I need without the pain.
10. Health insurance for myself that doesn’t take half my paycheck.
11. No more news stories about teens gone wrong.
12.A green house so I can have all the flowers and kinds I want.
13.A week long getaway for just me and the man.
14. To see my neices and nephew soon. I miss them so much.
15. A pantry that no matter how much you eat, never empties.
16. For a law to pass that says small towns can only have one church, not five. Thereby ending the ringing of five different church bells for four hours every Sunday.
17. The ability to make my blogging and article writing pay off enough so I can stay home.
18. My ex husband to get help with his abuse issues, so no woman has to ever suffer what I did.
19. A new keyboard so it doesn’t sound like I’m killing something as I type.
20. To get over my three death fears:clowns, mice, and cotton balls.
See, I told you some were out there, and some aren’t. Here’s hoping that we all get at least one of our wishes soon..Happy holidays!
Maybe I should not reply. you see my favorite pass time is being a clown. Yes I do makeup and dress funny and everything. I used to do it for a living in New Orleans. Now I do it for the Lord and for kids parties. It is part of my christian ministry. as for the 5 churches in a small town. Well I agree one should be enough however my reason is different. I think we should all love each other and god and that should be what unites us into ONE body. Here’s hoping your wishes come true.
